Editorial policy
This page explains how every Fuerza y Fondo article is made and the standards we follow to keep it useful and honest.
Choosing topics
We pick real questions people who train ask: how much protein they need, how to progress, which supplements have support. A topic is only published if we can offer a clear, usable explanation along with its limits.
Research and sources
We prioritise systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scientific society position stands and documents from bodies such as the WHO, EFSA, AESAN and the NIH. Each article lists at the end the sources behind its main claims, linking to the original publication.
- We separate strong, moderate and limited evidence from practical opinion.
- Numerical examples are hypothetical and labelled as such.
- We publish no testimonials, transformations or client results.
Writing and review
Articles are written and reviewed by the Fuerza y Fondo Team. We are not licensed healthcare professionals: when a topic needs individual assessment (injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, major weight loss), we say so in the article.
Updates
We review content when relevant evidence appears or we find a mistake. The modified date only changes when the content actually changes.
Advertising and affiliates
The site is funded by ads and affiliate links. No advertiser reviews or approves content, and recommendations do not depend on a commission existing.
